Event Description
The Kanban Leadership Retreat is an 3 night, 2-day residential camp where we bring the best and brightest from the global Kanban community together for an unconference/open-space. Attendance is strictly limited to 50 people. The objective is to keep the quality of interaction high and maximize the value for each attendee. This is where practitioners such as change agents, coaches, consultants, and managers come together to share their experiences in-depth and extend the state-of-the-art in the Kanban Method and Lean applied to knowledge work.
