<p> as someone of you may (I hope) know, I've create a small idea of a possible agile game to show how limiting WIP may indeed help in increasing flow. You can find <strong>The Golf Ball Tossing Game (to Limit WIP)</strong> in the Resources -> Games pages.</p>
<p>If someone is already practicing agile games to introduce agile and Kanban concepts to customers, please take a look. And if you'll ever try it, let me know bugs, errors, missing parts and possible improvements.…</p>
