Information

Bergen Limited WIP Society

• Visualisere arbeidet ditt

-------------------

Bergen Limited WIP Society is the local chapter of the Limited WIP Society. We focus on Kanban within information technology and knowledge work.

Kanban is a way of  changeing your prosess to focus on end-to-end value and getting things done.

The Kanban method used in software development was introduced by David J Anderson as an approach to incremental, evolutionary process and systems change for organizations.

The method only prescribe 3 "rules":

• Visualize your work

• Limit Work In Progress

• Measure how long it takes to finish tasks

More and more people in Bergen (and Norway) are doing Kanban, discussing Kanban. More and more people want to know more about Kanban and how this can help them with controlling work items bee it work items in small or big projects.

Bergen Limited WIP Society tries to meet regularly to exchange ideas, experiences, meet other Kanbanistas, and to promote Kanban in Bergen and Norway.

Find out more about Kanban and the Limited WIP Society by attending our meetups. Informations about meetups are found at http://www.meetup.com/Bergen-Limited-WIP-Society/
