Perché le board non tentano almeno di rappresentare questo arricchimento di informazione?<br /> <br /> E cosa accadrebbe se ci si provasse?<br /> Siamo proprio certi che rappresentare un flusso di informazione dal backlog alla produzione sia una buona metafora dello sviluppo? E se il modello di board più adeguato fosse completamente differente?<br /> <br /> Il talk propone un prototipo di board alternativo e certamente non ortodosso e suggerisce alcune pratiche che potrebbero essere efficaci nella gestione del WIP e del lavoro quotidiano di team.<br /> <br /> Nella sua semplicità, una board dovrebbe dovrebbe realizzare un obiettivo molto ambizioso: rappresentare in modo ortogonale Progetti, Task, Persone, Tempo, Stato di avanzamento e WIP.
