Hi gang,

I just completed and posted the downloadable visual-notes for David's great Kanban book.

I hope you find them to be a useful and compelling reference guide.

I really enjoyed re-reading this book, for the purpose of creating these notes. And of course, I learned so much more with this second reading.

Also, I was challenged by a friend to work with some constraints to broaden my creative skills. Thus:

- I used a single color, grey, with various shades (OK, I slightly cheated in a couple small instances) for the whole poster. Yup, even the background is grey, very dark grey.

- I used only one font family, Helvetica Neue.

It's interesting to challenge oneself with self-imposed limits. I found it relaxing as it lessened the choices I had to think about. Just like lean. Work on the items with most current context, forgetting about the rest, for now.

Cheers, all.
