Event Description
The Kanban Leadership Retreat is the place where change agents, coaches, consultants, and managers have an opportunity to come together and share experiences and ideas about kanban in-depth.
It is a 3-night, 2 full day unconference with a 3 room format in an exclusive and intimate venue. Registration includes a hotel room and 2 meals a day.
Sessions are held in the morning and early evening, allowing attendees to have the afternoon free to explore Barcelona and relax by the pool or in their rooms or to continue interactions with other kanban enthusiasts.
