The idea behind Kanban Surgery is to walk the group through your Kanban board, both to share your experiences and to gain advice/ideas/guidance from the other Lean/Kanban practitioners in attendance.

If you are using Kanban, please bring pictures of your board; alternatively if it is electronic and you're willing to log in to walk us through it live, we will have the means to make that happen. Whether you're using Kanban with a team or to organize your own personal work, we're interested in it all!

If you are a beginner, this will be a great opportunity to gain some hands on exposure to professional kanban systems.

For more experienced practitioners, this will be a great opportunity to learn from your peers.
